Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Luxury Bali Private Tour website and any private-tour booking you request through it. Please read them before sending a booking enquiry. By browsing this website or confirming a booking on WhatsApp, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or book through it.

1. Who we are and how the service works

Luxury Bali Private Tour is a private-tour concierge website. It publishes itineraries, fleet information, and indicative pricing for chauffeur-guided private tours in Bali — day tours, shore excursions, honeymoon and family itineraries, and bespoke tailor-made routes. The tours themselves are arranged and operated by Bali Premium Trip, a brand of Juara Holding Group, Indonesia (“the Operator”). When you book, your contract for the tour is with the Operator. This website is the front door; the Operator is the party that assigns your vehicle and driver-guide, confirms your itinerary, and delivers the service on the ground.

2. Enquiries, quotes, and confirmation in writing

All bookings start as a WhatsApp conversation with our concierge team at +62 811-2859-0000. Prices shown on this website are indicative planning figures: they reflect typical rates at the time of publication, but your exact price depends on your dates, vehicle class, party size, route, and any add-ons (entrance tickets, boat charters, special stops). For that reason, no booking exists until the Operator has confirmed your itinerary and total price to you in writing on WhatsApp, and you have accepted it. The written confirmation is the binding record of what you are buying. If anything in it differs from what you saw on the website, the written confirmation prevails. We encourage you to keep the conversation for your records — we do.

3. Prices, what is included, and what is not

Unless your written confirmation says otherwise, a confirmed private-tour price includes: the vehicle stated in your confirmation, a licensed English-speaking driver-guide, fuel, parking, and hotel or villa pickup and drop-off within the agreed area. It does not include: attraction entrance fees, meals and drinks, personal shopping, gratuities (tipping is appreciated but always at your discretion), travel insurance, or optional add-ons not listed in your confirmation. Any government tax applicable to the service is handled by the Operator and, where charged, will be shown in your written quote — there are no hidden surcharges added on the day.

4. Payment

This website does not process payments and never asks for card details. Payment terms — method, currency, whether a deposit is required, and when the balance is due — are stated in your written confirmation before you pay anything. Do not transfer money to anyone who cannot show you a written itinerary confirmation from the Operator’s official WhatsApp number above. If you are ever asked for payment through a different channel claiming to be us, stop and verify through the official number first.

5. Changes and cancellations by you

Private touring is flexible by design. Route changes on the day (swapping a temple, adding a coffee stop, lingering longer at a rice terrace) are usually free within the agreed hours and area — just ask your driver-guide. Changes that materially alter the booking (different date, different vehicle class, more guests, longer hours, added boat charter) may change the price; the Operator will re-quote in writing before the change is final. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund conditions, are stated in your written confirmation for your specific booking. As a general practice, cancellations made well in advance are treated generously, while no-shows and same-day cancellations may forfeit a deposit — but the written terms in your confirmation are the ones that bind both sides.

6. Changes and cancellations by the Operator

If the Operator must change a confirmed booking (for example a vehicle substitution of equal or higher class, or a driver-guide change), it will tell you as early as possible and the replacement will meet or exceed what was confirmed. If a tour must be cancelled for reasons within the Operator’s control, you will be offered a full refund of amounts paid or a rebooking, at your choice. If a tour is affected by events outside anyone’s control (see Force majeure below), the Operator will work with you on the fairest available solution — typically rescheduling.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate pickup details and party size; ensure every participant holds valid travel documents and any required tickets or permits the Operator has not been asked to arrange; be ready at the agreed pickup time (waiting time beyond a reasonable grace period may shorten the tour); wear seatbelts and follow the driver-guide’s safety instructions; respect temple dress codes and local customs at cultural sites; and not ask the driver-guide to break Indonesian law (including traffic law) or to carry unaccompanied goods. The Operator may refuse or end a tour without refund where guest behaviour endangers the driver-guide, the vehicle, or other people — this is rare, and it exists to protect everyone in the car.

8. Health, safety, and insurance — read this section carefully

Tour vehicles are maintained and insured as required by Indonesian law, and driver-guides are licensed professionals. Nevertheless, travel in Bali involves real-world risks that no operator can eliminate: road conditions, weather, sea conditions on boat add-ons, uneven terrain at waterfalls and rice terraces, and the ordinary risks of being in an unfamiliar country. Vehicle insurance is not travel insurance. We strongly recommend that every guest carries comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Guests with medical conditions, limited mobility, or who are pregnant should tell the concierge before booking so the itinerary and vehicle can be planned honestly around what is safe and comfortable. Activities offered by third parties along the route (rafting, surfing, boat trips, ATV rides) are provided by those operators under their own terms and safety standards.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law: the Operator’s liability for a confirmed booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking; neither this website nor the Operator is liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed flights or cruises, lost earnings, disappointment with weather or crowds), for delays caused by traffic, weather, ceremonies, road closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, or for the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct. If you plan a tour on a cruise-ship day, tell the concierge your all-aboard time — itineraries are built with a safety buffer, but ultimate responsibility for making your ship remains yours, which is why we plan those days conservatively.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is in breach of these Terms where performance is prevented by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, volcanic activity, earthquakes, epidemics, government travel restrictions, civil disturbance, or airport and port closures. In such cases the Operator will prioritise guest safety, then work with you on rescheduling or other fair remedies.

11. Website content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, and layout of this website belong to the Operator or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Itinerary information is published in good faith and kept current, but attraction opening hours, entrance fees, and road conditions in Bali change; the written confirmation for your booking, not a website page, is the authoritative description of your tour. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, medical, or immigration advice.

12. Privacy

Personal data you share while enquiring or booking is handled under our Privacy Policy, which is written to comply with Indonesia’s UU PDP 27/2022 and to respect GDPR principles. In short: we ask only for what the booking needs, we never sell your data, and you can ask for deletion on WhatsApp at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any booking made under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, contact the concierge on WhatsApp first — genuine problems raised promptly are almost always resolved directly, because the written confirmation makes it clear what was promised. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Bookings are governed by the Terms in force on the date of your written confirmation.

15. Contact
